1. Strict No-Refund Policy
At One Night Fight, we strive to deliver the highest quality of premium articles, digital content, and appointment consultancy services. Because the nature of our digital content allows for immediate access and consumption upon purchase, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
2. Premium Articles and Digital Content
Once a premium article or piece of digital content has been purchased and unlocked via your email address, the transaction is considered complete. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any digital content under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Failure to read or utilize the purchased content.
- Dissatisfaction with the content or editorial opinions expressed.
- Accidental purchases.
3. Consultancy and Appointments
Payments made for booking health, wellness, or professional appointments are final. If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notification as required by the consultant, the fee is entirely non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to the individual consultant's availability and discretion, but refunds are not permitted.
4. Technical Issues and Double Billing
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in double billing for the exact same transaction, or if you are completely unable to access your purchased content due to a verified server error on our end, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of One Night Fight administration.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this strict No-Refund Policy.
